At Suspended In Time^® of Santa Rosa we offer one of a kind custom works of art.  No two
encasements are ever the same.  Each is designed to reflect you and bring your personal
memories to life. We have many styles and sizes to choose from.  We have encasements to fit any budget.

When we meet with you during our free consultation we can determine what your specific needs are. Do you want to preserve one special flower or the entire bouquet? Do you want other special mementos placed in the encasement as well? This will help to preserve those mementos but may require a larger encasement. As you can see, there are many details to consider which is why we prefer to meet personally. 

There may also be charges for any special services, some of which are:
• If flowers are damaged, you may want to have them replaced with fresher ones. The cost of
   the new flowers is added to your total.
• Do you need to have your flowers picked up or your finished encasement delivered?
• Are you unable to promptly pick up your encasement after you have been notified that it is
   completed?  There may be a small storage fee.
• Custom mats such as suede or finishes such as gold or silver leaf have a small additional
   charge.

Shipping **For encasements customer pick-up is the preferred method.** However, we can now ship by FedEx three day ground.  We have had very good results using their service.  Gift cards
will be sent via United States Postal Service. Please contact our offices for further information
and we will be happy to assist you.

All prices include our revolutionary process of preserving your flowers, designing, matting,
engraving, framing with our museum quality encasements, our special industrial sealing process (which keeps air and humidity out), labor, and materials.

We gladly accept all VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. As well, we accept VISA debit
and Mastercard debit cards. Monthly payment plan available.
